OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Your registration payment is 100% refundable for 30 days following registration if your cancellation request is received by Have & Hold prior to the issue of your Prepare|Enrich online couple assessment. After the assessment has been issued, a 50% refund may be granted. Refunds of any amount will not be granted following 2 hours of provided services, coaching, or educational facilitation.
